What's for dinner? Thursday!

Ok, now that I'm done freaking out (for today).

No idea what dinner will be! I just ate lunch a little while ago!

You know what I want though? I want some well seasoned chicken breast on a bed of baby arugula, some goat cheese, walnuts and fresh raspberries with some cucumbers thrown in for good measure and a nice sesame dressing on top.

Yeah...that'd be nice. Unfortunately I have ZERO funds to make this happen. Boo.

I'll figure it out and report back. Here's what else I had today:

1. Egg-chilada
2. Choco-PB protein shake
3. Turkey/cheese sandwich w/ cranberry aioli on marble rye (wayyyy filling friends)

The interesting thing is I plugged the sandwich (and yes I ate the whole sandwich) into my food diary and my little pie chart did not go psycho. My protein and carbs are about dead even right now but I can actually fix that pretty easily. :) I am, however, at like 1,085 calories. Yowsa. Usually by this time of day I'm at like...750.

What's on YOUR plate?

ETA: I had two turkey/cheese roll-ups

We're having turkey and gravy, with mac and cheese, and lentil salad. Yum.

I believe DH is making breakfast for dinner.  So for me that's a piece of ham steak and a scrambled egg.  Maybe 2 scrambled eggs.

Had a FF Latte first thing this morning.  Doctors appointment so I didn't bring lunch.  Ordered meatball sub and ate one of the meatballs.  I have 2 of those huge things left.  I guess it will be meatballs for breakfast and lunch tomorrow.

Had a protein bar for a snack.

Breakfast was before getting my hindend kicked by the PT at the gym

B - Syntha6 Chocolate protein, 1TBS PB2, skim milk (TOO many calories... but I have jugs of Syntha6. Sigh)

L - provolone cheeseburger on 1pc P28 bread w/ the fixings (tomato, lettuce, pickle onion)

S - Quest bar probably

D - no idea
