What's for dinner - Wednesday!

Look at my face. Do you see that face. That is the face I have now. I have had no coffee all day. Why? Because my office is out of Splenda. Sugar? Plenty of it! Splenda? Not so much.

I pity the fool that crosses me today.

Moving on. Tonight is church dinner. Last week was the bestest dinner ever! We had a taco bar and it was goooooooood. I am excited for tonight's dinner.

After dinner I need to go home and find some sort of activity to do. I need to move my arse!

Here's what I've eaten today:

1. Choco-PB protein shake
2. Big salad with grilled chicken
3. Chicken burrito bowl, no rice, split a guac with the kid
4. A few stole french fries from the older daughter a few hours later
5. A Weigh****chers English Toffee Crunch bar

Ended up with 1,218 cals, 50g fat, 90g carbs, 28g fiber, 109g protein. Decent I guess. Protein coulda been way higher for the amount of calories I ate, but whatevs.

I have a few friends coming over for dinner tonight, so by request I will be making my tater tot casserole. I am not really adding that kind of potato into my diet yet (only reds and whites) so I plan to have a few Ham, Laughing Cow and Pickle rolls. Good thing I love those. I have them most nights. LOL.

We are having steak fajitas. I will just eat the steak, but hubby can have it all!

Not sure about dinner. If I have time I'll panfry (is that what it is called?? boneless, skinless, no breading or crust, just a splash of EVOO?) some chicken.
Whatever it is called... that is what I will probably do

- chicken, asparagus, steamed cabbage

I had earlier:
B - Quest bar
L - tilapia steamed w/ cheese, onion, tomato; asparagus

I'll probably have a quest for snack. Big pouch day, trying to shut it down with water. :O

Since it is 80 degrees is Boston today....we'll be throwing something on the grill.  Blackl Bean Veggie burgers w/ grilled veggies?  Or maybe to curb the Margarita craving I am having now- chicked marinated w/ some sort of lime.

Breakfast was my green smoothie
Lunch was cottage cheese and cantalope
Dinner is vegetarian pumpkin chili

i had some snacks in there, still eating an AM and PM snack.

I did good today - I guess!

Breakfast - 1/2 morningstar veggie sausage dipped in SF maple syrup

Lunch - some fresh ricotta, fresh mozz & fresh grated locatelli baked up - sooooo goooood!

snacks - some deli-pop chips (they are smaller and "denser" than the regular magic pop chips) that had chocolate streaks on them, 1/2 pecan sandie from Fairway Market, handful of cashews from Fairway Market and a mocha mint shake from About Time - it was good (I ordered the sampler) and tasted like a weak thin mint, but not sure if I would buy a whole tub of it,  I also got the birthday cake which smelled and tasted like sour milk - go figure.  

Dinner - chicken and broccoli stir fry

snacks - not sure - maybe another deli chip or a quest bar - on my out to the Vitamin Shoppe - I called to see what Quest bars they had and they put aside a box of coconut cashew for me!  YAY!!
