My doctor recommended an ID bracelet since we don't want someone in the ER shoving a tube down our throats without knowing about our WLS.
The one I have looks like a regular bracelet on one side...did cost some bucks, though.

They have several to choose from. The one I got looks like a silver bracelet with a heart charm with the information on it. It wasn't cheap but worth it, to me. I wanted a cuter one, or I knew I wouldn't wear it!
