We are about to get dressed and walk downtown to the "B'more Healthy Expo." I love this health expo. It's HUGE! (Side note: talked to mom, told her we planned to go in the a.m. and SHE actually bowed out. Go figure!)

Then later the young one has art class, I NEED some gym therapy then we're coming home and cleaning this house!!!

Eats as I know them:

1. Triple chocolate protein shake (mmmm....it's been a while)
2. Probably a turkey, bacon avocado roll up and some edamame
3. Greek yogurt and...something
4. I'm thinking instead of corned beef and cabbage, I'd do Reuben sandwiches for the girls and then Reuben ramekins for me (click the words if you're interested in the recipe)

So that's my plan for now There will be more. There are a gazillion samples at the health expo so I know I'll be trying some. Have a great St. Patrick's Day. May the luck of the Irish be with you all!

I haven't planned my eating day for today yet!  Yikes - I'll try to make a quick plan now...

So far I've had:
B1 - protein hot chocolate
S - coffee with splenda & almond milk
B2 - 1 scrambled egg and 2 lite sausages

Here's what I'm thinking for the rest of the day:
L - 1/2 turkey sub
S - greek yogurt
D - marinated chicken breast & green beans

I need to get to the grocery store today for lunch foods and yogurt cause I'm out!  The weather is supposed to be really nice today, so I'll probably walk the kids to the park & play for a while.  Then maybe we'll walk to the bakery for a treat.  Maybe we'll even walk to the sub shop to get lunch!  Gotta get some activity in.

So Far:
steel cut oats
roast beef & vegies
later:
Corned beef & cabbage and maybe a bite of rueben.

Happy St Patricks Day everyone.  I'm in Michigan and the sun is shining, the robins are back and it's 70* out.  Can't ask for more than that.  Oh yeah, I have my date for the panni.  April 16th I'm nervous but need to have it done because of the creeping crud.

 Happy St. Patrick's Day

Spending a lazy morning/early afternoon in bed.  Woke up listening to the sound of the songbirds and hawk so relaxing.  Where we used to live, we woke up to the sound of kids and lawnmowers.  So glad our association mows the front and back during the week while we are at work.

Took the day off on Monday for a cherry blossom cruise and walking in the National Mall to see the cherry blossoms...tourist day for us since we just moved here.

Breakfast:  Hot Click made with sugar free caramel and milk

probably a sugar free latte

Lunch:  Going to a pub so no idea

Dinner:  dijon mustard and guiness glazed corned beef, carrots and onions in the crockpot...I will sautee some cabbage to go with it with a little caraway seed and sweet onions

Have a great weekend!

I had a mongo boot camp class this morning. My abs and thighs are KILLING me. I should be nice and dead for spin class in the morning. Oh-I got my first pair of running shoes! Got a 10k in June.

Today...I'm kind of doing it as I go along.

B: Muscle Milk Vanilla Creme from the little store across the street before BC
L: Egg Beaters and Morning Star Crumbles with a sprinkle of cheese and ketchup
D: Trader Joe's turkey burger patty and veggies

Later most likely a shake as I'm a tad light on the numbers.

AWESOME AWESOME day!!!
I had a restless night, but still got up early. I helped my mom, tended my chickens and rabbits. I hooked up my horse trailer, loaded the horse and dog and off we went! It took about an hour to drive to the state forest and then we went for about 1 1/2 - 2hr ride. I think the last time I rode there was April '04.
This trip a  lot of it was stopping to let the dog in the creek, or let him rest in the shade, but it was PHENOMENAL!!!
One of the best parts - even before I weighed 353lbs (I stopped riding years before I weighed that much!)   I had a hard time pulling myself up onto my horse years ago and she was smaller than my big horse Titan. Today I was on and off Titan no less than 8 times for various reasons and EVERY time I was able to climb back on with NO problem!! I was ECSTATIC!!! (still am, can you tell?)
The instant I got home I turned the dog and horse out, changed shirts and zipped over to my nephew's baseball game. I am exhausted but very happily so. (and sunburned!!)

Anyway - to the point
B - Click Mocha, skim milk, lite whipped topping, SF Caramel
L - Quest Vanilla Almond
S - Quest Peanut butter supreme
D - P28 bread (1slice), egg fried in PAM, deli ham, shredded cheddar

Maybe another snack later on.... greek yogurt and SF preserves or mini rice cakes.
