What's for dinner - Thursday!!!!!!!!!

 I'm hungry. I probably should be. I haven't eaten much today. 

What's for dinner? No idea! I am very dinner averse so I tend to leave it to chance. Not a good thing. 

Here's what I have had today:

1. PB Oatmeal
2. The last (small) slice of taco casserole with a small side salad
3. A bite of brownie and of apple crumb cake (both were good but I felt hella weird afterward. Sugar just ain't worth it!)

Still on a liquid diet. So here's my menu:
1.  Glass of milk
2.  Broth
3.  SF popsicle
4.  Broth
5.  SF popsicle

Sigh.

Yesterday was not a good food day for me, I had 4 slices of Irish soda bread, it was a carb day yesterday.. today was back on my game plan lol

L - protein shake
D - Jen's Mexicali meatloaf / peas / a small salad ( meatloaf is terrific) from Bariatric Foodie

We are going out to eat tonight. It's not my turn to pick. I went to my fave tea house for lunch and had split pea soup. It was a long day of doctor's appointments. I'm glad I don't have to cook.

 B-Greek yogurt with SF caramel syrup and 1/3 fresh red raspberries
L-Left over lemon chicken with homemade vinaigrette made with preserved lemons (yummy)
S- 100 calorie bag of popcorn... sure wi**** had butter on it;)... but it didn't
D- Herb crusted lamb chop and roasted asparagus

It's 10 minutes after 7pm and I still don't know what's for dinner. Is that bad?

B- strawberry protein, 1/2 banana, skim milk
L - steamed tilapia, steamed cabbage
S - turkey pepperoni, laughing cow light cheese

D - I'm guessing probably steamed tilapia ... again
S- greek yogurt, SF strawberry preserves and sliced strawberries
maybe a protein bar, but at this rate I doubt it

spinach/asparagus/caramelized onions/sauteed mushrooms and chicken salad

Snack
Click protein shake

Dinner
grilled pork loin with a couple of herb/cheese ravioli
1/2 cup sugar free vanilla fudge ice cream
