for the past week or so, everytime I try to get onto the bariatric advantage website, I get an error message - anyone else have this problem?

This is what it says - I don't know what it means to reset a browser?  I just recently switched from AOL to my cable company

I can get on the site but I can't log in and it won't email me. Yesterday I received an order that is dated 2/2/2012 which is almost a duplicate of my first order, which would have been around that time, but I can't check my account. I need to call them.
