What's for dinner?
Hi All
Just worked half a day and spent the other half going to a spinal pain doc. He scheduled me for a steriod injection in my SI joint and an MRI. Has anyone had a steriod injection in their SI joint? I wondered how painful it is. I am not going to have it for a few weeks since my husband has to go out of town for business and they require someone drive me home afterwards.
Breakfast
Quest cinnamon bun protein/fiber bar
later sugar free caramel latte
lunch out
inside of a cajun beef sandwich
later - a few sweet potato fries while they worked on my husband's cell phone
dinner
chef salad (turky, turkey ham and egg) with a little balsamic vinegar

I made some smoked chicken and white bean soup. Yum!! I put a dollop of Greek yogurt and some extra sharp cheddar to kick up the protein and man was it good, if I do say so myself! Hubby was nice enough to save me a small bowl to take to work tomorrow but then finished the pot.
