What's for dinner?
I am aggravated today too....
I was supposed to have a lump removed from my neck in an outpatient / office procedure at 1130, they called at 1015 and rescheduled for Monday at 1115. Then I was supposed to go tomorrow and see my doc's PA to check on this dadgum dizziness and THEY called and rescheduled for Tuesday at 215. No idea what I am supposed to do in the meantime except hope I don't fall down. Grrr
I am having lunch leftovers for dinner.
B - Quest Bar
L - 1/2 WW Flatout, 1/2 pack Lemon/cracked pepper tuna, steamed veggies
D - 1/2 WW Flatout, 1/2 pack of lemon cracked pepper tuna, cherry tomatoes
S - cottage cheese, strawberries, fiber one
and turkey pepperoni, laughing cow

B- i just drank some 1% milk
S-plain greek yogurt and a little bit of pear ( I am so happy I can eat pears again! I tried last month and got really sick. I most likely ate it too fast or didn't chew it enough)
L-peanut butter and 5 whole wheat crackers
S-turkey and lettuce wrap
D- i made something like a chicken stirfry without all the rice. It was so yummy.
S- hood fat free milk and diet hot chocolate

I'm still recovering from my viral gastroenteritis, so dinner was a Breakstone Cottage Double with Pineapple.
Breakfast was a Peach Chobani and Lunch was Progresso Mac & Bean soup. Snacks were Reduced fat wheat thins. I've been trying to drink, drink, drink today though to rehydrate since I'm back to work tomorrow.

I love Harris teeter but you're right, without coupons it's way pricey.
So I was going over my current allowable foods on my NUTs meal plan paperwork the other day and shrimp is now allowed now so I took my happy self up to publix and got some ****tail shrimp. That was dinner tonight now that they've thawed .
B: scrambled egg white, sausage crumbled in, a dollop of queso on top.
L: chicken salad on cucumber slices
S:watermelon chunks
D:shrimp ****tail
That shrimp hit the spot! Can't wait til I'm allowed raw fish.
