Hi Peeps,

Long time no see.  I have been crazy at work, got a new job (go me!), and moved... Phew.

Anyhow, I did get a little off track (too many carbs) and gained 3 lbs (which does not sound like much, and yes, I could say it's water weight or something like that-but I know I haven't been eating enough protein, veggies and fruit, so I am taking it as fat and owning it!).

Here we have today, not too carby..

B-Egg, cheese, ww english
S-mango chobani
L-1/2 cup roasted chicken, 1/2 cup salad w/tbsp dressing
s-cheddar cheese slices with 3 triscuits
S-Asparagus and ww tortilla pizza
s-Prob protein drink

 Taco casserole is totally going on my cooking to-do list.  I'm not sure what it is (google search to commence is 5, 4, 3...), but it sounds so good.

Here's what I've eaten today:
B - protein hot chocolate
S - greek yogurt & blueberries
L - Lean Cuisine
S - Quest bar
D - 3.5 oz pork tenderloin, brussels sprouts & 1/4 cup red beans & rice
S - dark chocolate coconut Kashi granola bar and a couple potato chips from my son's bowl

Overall, not too bad.  Under 1200 calories and over 100 g protein (which are my main goals).  Now to resist the urge to eat anything else tonight...

It's almost 930 pm... Can I whine?

Morning started out ok feeling a lil more rested than yesterday since that run on Saturday kicked my azzzz so hard. I've guzzled over 200 oz each day since!!! Seriously.

Then I got a new desk/work station set up at work that took half the day. I got all wrapped up in reorganizing I went too log without eating. Blood sugar crash. Then no matter what I'm chasing it all day with no results. Ugh.

I caved to Arby's for dinner so I wouldn't have to cook. I tool a lil nap earlier. Blah.

And my lips are wind chapped from Saturday and I have the sunburn from hell ony shoulders and upper back.

Be happy.
