I love that you guys are buying new clothes and swimsuits! Makes me happy for y'all.
Today: I had a good day! Spent money I shouldn't have. Got a new ipad and some gloves for working out.
Breakfast: protein shake, nuts and 1/3 banana
Snack: My uneaten nuts from breakfast
Lunch: Hamburger soup
Dinner: Chick Fil-A 6 nuggets and a side salad with 1/2 packet of dressing
Snack: protein bar, 1/4 apple and 3 oz shelled sunflower seeds. (probably 1 oz unshelled)
Too much food but....I've been hungry all day!
