Sorry to hear our drizzle moved your way.
Busy, busy day today. I shouldn't even be online right now.
My son is down to his last pair of knickers, so I HAVE to do laundry today. I keep saying I'm going to do it and then...don't. So today's the day.
Dropped off an order of mini muffins to a client who works at a artisan gift shop and got an offer to commission my goodies with her. So that's exciting. Opportunities, opportunities.
Pre-Breakfast: A glass of low sodium V8.
Breakfast: Stopped at Subway and got an egg flatbread with a veggie patty. Ate the egg, gave my daughter the flatbread, saved the veggie patty for lunch. $4. Oh yeah.
Lunch: The subway veggie patty
Snack: A fruity protein spinach smoothie
Dinner: Don't know yet. Gotta get everything done before Shabbat tonight, and we leave the house around 5:40, so dinner will likely be late and rushed. Not sure what we'll do yet.

It can't decide if it wants to be sunny or snowy here. Either way, icky day. I'm still grounded from the gym. Hopefully my back will be feeling better by Sunday morning. I really want to go to spin.
Today is a much better day on the "ohmygawdwhatdidijuststuffintomymouth" scale:
B: 1 scrambled egg with Morning Star crumbles and ketchup
S: Melon and pineapple
L: Chicken salad and cottage cheese (I know, I'm weird)
S: Pack n' Snack (sugar snap peas, grapes and Baby Bel)
OS: Pero Farms fresh cut green beans - I packed them in case I ge the munchies
D: TJ's turkey burger
NS: Prolly a protein shake thingy

Motherofe,
Normally, I buy salmon that is grilled already from Whole Foods, its delicious, and I usually squeeze a little lemon on top. But, there are a lot of great ways to eat salmon.
Sometimes, I make salmon fish sticks. I buy a slab of salmon from the store, use tweezers to take the bones out, cut into slices about an inch thick, dip each piece into a bowl of beaten eggs, and then dip each piece of Salmon in a mixture of panko bread crumbs, whole wheat flour, (the original recipe uses grated Parmesan cheese as well) and spices (Italian herbs and such). Then I spray the top with canola oil spray and bake them in the oven for 20 minutes at 450 degrees. It's a great way to incorporate salmon, even if you're not a big fan!

B: WW toast w/PB2, turkey sausage
S: Protein Shake
L: SW chicken barley stew, appl3e
S: Quest Protein Bar
D: Taco Salad
Doing the smells of old socks gym after work. I love Friday nights at that gym...it really has become my concept of "Happy Hour" -- only I get an endorphin buzz and not an alcohol one.

I've had a bottle of water on the way to work.
Breakfast was a little later than usual due to an issue at work that I had to round on - around 9am. I had the usual, Fage, strawberries, splenda topped with Special K protein cereal and ground flax.
Followed by decaf coffee with splenda and 3 1/2 tsp ff non dairy creamer an hour later.
I've had my 48 ounces of water that I make myself drink between breakfast and lunch so I can go to lunch any time now. I'm just not feeling like I want or need to eat anything. I brought some lentil soup.
I have protein bars, powder, an apple, and orange and a plum available for any food emergencies...
I need to drink 48 more ounces of water between lunch and going home.
I have a murder mystery dinner tonight. The options don't look great, but hopefully I can request the meat without the gravy/sauce and just pick and choose on the veggies. Dessert of course I will skip unless they have a sugar free option. I doubt it though.
It should be fun, depsite the meal!
