Welp...Happy Baker was right. It is sort of dreary here in Baltimore but no worries! I will have the last laugh over winter!!!

Today is work then kind of a hectic evening. One diva is going to her aunt's to get braids in her hair the other is going to a dance. I was hoping to get to the gym in the middle of all this but I don't know that it's gonna happen.

Eats today as I know them:

1. Greek yogurt w/ PB and Fiber One
2. Will probably grill up some lemon-pepper tilapia to take for lunch
3. Might get a Muscle Milk RTD for the afternoon
4. I really would like to have a veggie tortilla pizza for dinner
5. More Greek yogurt (I am sorta addicted and found a generic brand that is like 90 cents each. Yay!)

Overcast but no rain since last night (and it was a doozy!) No gym this morning in prep for tomorrow's 20 miler (and longest before my full on 4/1). Ugh.

- Free Subway egg white breakfast melt with a banana
- strawberries and Greek yogurt
- protein bar

no clue on anything else

How do you get the peanut butter to mix with your greek yogurt.. maybe mine is too thick ot something.. I tried a while back and it didn't work :(

When I have PB yogurt  use the PB2 powder.  Mixes nice and easy.

 Good morning!
Today, I finally broke though a long lasted stall (it was because of the way I had been eating). I planned on not weighing until Monday, but I went ahead and weighed today and was down two pounds. So a very exciting day. I also signed up for a 5K next Saturday, so I need to run to get prepared. I ran a mile and 1/2 yesterday. Today will be 2 miles. 

Food for today:

B- Yoplait Yogurt
L- 1/2 a can turkey chili
S- other half of the turkey chili
D- Salmon, broccoli and sweet potatoes

HOw do you cook your salmon?  I keep trying to eat and like it but it always taste so gross to me and I love fish.

 OMGosh you're a Baltimore gal?! We're nearly neighbors. 

Bad food day for me. I have no idea what I did wrong, but boy did it sure hurt!

Last meal of the day only (hope it stays)
String cheese 
Apple juice box.

When I get to work at 22:00
Ill attempt a 1/4 chili
And an unjury shake.
