Breakfast: Protein Shake and Protein Bar

Snack: sf Pudding

Lunch: Taco Casserole

Snack: Fresh Fruit

Dinner: Buffalo burger stuffed with cheese and red onions, topped with mustard, low sugar
catsup and relish

Snack: Yogurt

Bedtime: Glass of fat free milk

Lots of coffee and sf Koolaid with NuStevia

 Leftovers from lunch.
My friend took me to a waterfront restaurant. I had asparagus soup and a prime rib sandwich.
There was also a beautiful view of Seattle and all the mountains are out. We then went a long walk.
What a wonderful day.

 Vegetable lasagna.
Whole wheat pasta
Eggplant
Zuccini
Spinach
Carrots
Homade marinara
Cant wait..15 more minutes in the oven!

B - Turkey sausage, egg and pepper jack on a slice of whole wheat toast
L - Taco salad...lettuce, black beans, taco meat, cheese, Greek yogurt, salsa and tons of Frank's Red Hot
D - Part of a grilled chicken breast smothered in spaghetti sauce and topped w/ cheese and a slice of cheesy garlic bread.
S - Another slice of cheesy garlic bread (someone PLEASE get that stuff out of my house!)

I might still eat a protein bar before I hit the hay tonight.
