Girl, you know I eat.....so here goes my day
Today's eats:
B1-1/2 c cottage chs with NSA peaches, 1 slice ww toast
B2-grilled chicken breast
Snack-a few bites of an Indian casserole (chicken, rice, 1/2 boiled egg....lots of amazing spices) and a few bites of fresh fruit (We had a celebration for International Women's Day)
L-Lean Cuisine 4 cheese cannaloni
S-Chobani blood orange
S-grapes
D-beans and greens
Exercise today will be yoga.

Gym with personal trainer for an hour, then a couple of errands; staff meeting at work in less than an hour and we are having a "taco bar" potluck - threw some velveeta and rotel in the microwave while I shower and change, update here - then out again for an 11hr shift at work. Woo hoo
B - protein, skim milk, 1/2 navel orange, 1/2 banana
L - taco bar
D - salmon, 1/2 WW Flatout, cherry tomatoes, cheese
S - watermelon (did ok)
- cottage cheese and strawberries
- turkey pepperoni and cheese (may not eat it, haven't the last couple of days, but I want it there!)

Beautiful day at the Gulf Coast! Potty training my daughter so we're staying home today. Wish me luck!!
Breakfast was quinoa cooked in almond milk with spices and dried fruit. Took a few spoonfuls added in 1/2 a scoop of pp and a splash of milk....YUM!

Lunch was 1/2 a vanilla almond quest bar
No clue what's for dinner. Something with ground beef. Thinking meatballs in sauce. Hubs can have pasta with it.

I'll chime in on the simply gorgeous day here. Spring is definitely in the air. When I left for work this morning my yard was still 4 inches deep in snow, bare as a nekkid baby when I got home!

I am in Franklin TN which is like 30 miles from Nashville and it is super rainy and chilly today so I started the day with a cup of hot tea w/ lemon for breakfast I had canadian bacon and a pan fried egg, lunch I had fuzzy navel protein shake and for dinner I had a chicken tender, pinto beans and turnip greens...I made those little rice cake cinnamon treats you (Nik) put on here a couple of days ago...I have also gotten in all my vitamins and working on my last 20 oz bottle of water...woo hoo!!!!!
