I'm a professional insomniac. I take Restoril during the week so I can actually get enough sleep to function at school, but not on the weekends. Over the last 8 weeks, I've trained myself to wake up at 730 every morning regardless how much sleep I've gotten 7 days a week. While I'm not waking up completely refreshed every time, I find I function much better during the day and falling asleep at night is easier than it used to be. I don't need an alarm clock to pop up at 730 anymore (although that'll change next week with the time change).
