I have read them well many times to try and understand why my surgeon, the President of the ASMBS, thinks Flintstones are okay :) No answer yet on that one!

And, the essay question: if you read the guidelines, what’s something new you learned that surprised you?
That some of the medications I have been taking for several years may have been contributing to my Vit b12 deficiency...I guess I need to pay more attention to potential side effects of the meds I am on! Also I feel I have a much better overall understanding of the importance of taking the right kinds of vitamin supplements and how they are related to keeping the body functioning optimally.
