What's for dinner - Wednesday!

Tonight is…CHURCH DINNER!!!!

YAY! I didn’t go last week cuz I needed to watch those movies (which I still have not returned, btw cuz now I need to wait until my paycheck to be able to afford the charge. Ugh..just…ugh…).

I’ve no idea what those ladies have in store but bring. It. ON!!! I’ve been hella hungry today but this is where the fact that I don’t bring extra food to work actually plays in my favor. No extra food = Nikki just sits with her munchies. Which kinda sucks in some ways but hey…my calories are under control!

Here’s what I’ve had today:

1.      1. PB Oatmeal

2.     2.  Taco casserole and a sugar-free chocolate pudding cup

(Yes, yes Hala, I know…) 

So I have ample room for whatever fatty carbtasticness the church ladies have to throw at me.

DH says he is whipping up breakfast tonight.  So a scrambled egg with cheese & onion and 1 Aidell's chicken apple sausage link.  Yummy! 

Had a rough day at work.  Kept trying to stress eat.  I ate everything I brought today except for my apple.  And I had 2 oreos and a mini twix.  But tomorrow is a new day, yes?  Yes.

 I'm calling it "Costa Rican Philly Cheesesteak": sauteed chayote & onions, roast beef & sliced cheese. Sounds random but tasted good!

We have pork chops and some asparagus that I have had marinating in lemon juice, salt, pepper, olive oil, tons of garlic and red pepper flakes to throw on the grill.  I will also pop some cresscent rolls in the oven for the fam.

today has been a not really eating day :(
had a protein shake with berries and tofu mixed in( first time I mixed in Tofu) it was good
for dinner I fix some baked fish and veggies, maybe tonight I will have some air popped popcorn.

 Wild-caught sole and a big ole salad with my favorite dressing in the world ( a vegan Caesar dressing from the hippie store..go figure)
