What's for dinner - Tuesday!
I had some meat I hadda use up and it SEEMED like a good idea at the time. Thank GOD for my Food Saver machine!

B: Protein Hot Chocolate
L: 1/2 c homemade tuna salad and a hard boiled egg white
S: 1/2 string cheese
Dinner is still several hours away but this is what I have planned...
D: Turkey Salsbury Steak w/brown gravy and probably a few bites of green beans
I'm thrilled that all of this adds up to 83g protein..my best protein day since surgery!
I've got all my vitamins in for the day..but still struggling with the water..bottoms up.

I ended up going to the grocery store. NO idea why I bother with a list other than I would end up with everythign BUT what I went in for... at least when I take a list I get what I went for (and lots in addition,. grrr)
B - protein shake w/ 1/2 banana and sf strawberry syrup
L - steamed tilapia w/ provolone cheese, green beans, cherry tomatoes
S - cottage cheese w/ pineapple
D - rotisserie chicken w/ grilled red pepper and asparagus (my first attempt "cooking" those veggies on my own! GASP)
S - greek yogurt w/ sliced strawberries and SF Vanilla syrup
- turkey pepperoni and laughing cow cheese
- also brought a THIRD snack of raw veggies - celery, carrots, crook neck squash (yellow squash). I've had the munchies lately and I prefer these to the temptations around my workplace!
