Foods that make you feel full?
Yogurt isn't going to keep you full you want to focus on dense proteins. Chicken, beef and lunch meat are my go-to foods when I feel the need to eat to satisfy something besides true hunger. Cheese and boiled eggs are another foods that I fall back on to feel satisfied.

BEEF (whereas I can eat a LOT of chicken and fish...beef shuts me DOWN)
Raw veggies
Protein shakes with more than 35g of protein
Anything that is really high fiber (why do you think I put Fiber One on EVERYTHING???)
Those are the only ones I'd endorse. Bread, of course, makes me very full but I don't wanna advise you to go around eating a bunch of bread!
Other than that, I can eat like a champ. Nearly anything.
