It's 916 pm and I'm exhausted cause I cleaned my entire house today. Yes it's still for sale after two years.. So frustrating!! Large home on good land excellent views and zilch.

My feet hurt me sometimes like they did when I was fat.

Im kinda sad about being on three new pills per day.

I suck at my vitamins.

I ate a few fish sticks this evening(baked) and am deathly nauseated.

I drink tons of water but retin fluid like crazy.

I saw 142 last week. Nothing with 13-- since October and it's killing me

My hormones are haven't been right since my hyst in 07

I want my arms clipped and no money to do it. Well, technically I could get a loan at the credit union but that's another payment and I'm trying to get ahea a lil bit

I stay on edge with my job. I like HR but I love marketing and miss it. But I have to diversify in the company so I will do what I can.

Blah....

Be happy.

I have been struggling with negativity since my last cancer diagnosis.
This is my third relapse and just had my fourth surgery.
I tried a new melanoma drug called Zelboraf but it didn't work for me and the side effects were so bad I had to stop school.
The cancer has spread to my stomach so I started Inferon shots last Thursday.
I've been sick ever since.
For a few months I stopped taking my vitamins & didn't take care of myself.
Trying now to get back into a healthy lifestyle & should be back in school by the end of April.
I feel a little bit like I've given up on myself.
Does anyone go to a cancer support group & has it helped you?
Having trouble finding my happy.

Becky, I'm sorry to hear of your struggles and hope your sickness with the shots eases up and that your cancer goes into, and stays in remission. What are you taking in school?

 I'm going to school to be a medical assistant.
I would like to make visits to the doctor a little bit more pleasant.
I would also like to do some volunteer work in India.

 Okay... it's been a really bad week (my niece died and I couldn't keep anything down for days), so I need to be a little easy on myself, but...

1)  I'm way too far behind where I'd like to be with walking;
2)  I haven't gotten enough protein in (see my post about potential lactose intolerance);
3)  Vitamins are not my friends right now, much less my medication;
4)  Water is coming in the form of sugar free popsicles, what I can get in for food, and the sips of water I can get in between dumping;
5)  As a result of the above, I have decided that I need my protein, so I accellerated my diet so I can get some solid proteins, at least until I can figure out what's happening with milk and protein powder;
6)  I am nervous about a work commitment tomorrow which should be really simple.  It's just so hard to focus on work when I am focused on my family and my pouch.
7)  I hate the word pouch.

Jennifer, my condolences on the loss of your niece. Be easy on yourself during this time and allow some things to rest on the back burner for now. And, I hate the word "pouch", too.

My complaints seem so trivial and self-centered compared to what a lot of you are going thru. I hope you can all find the strength to get you past the bad times you are experiencing now. February is always a bad month for me, it's the month my son was born in and died in. It's just about all I can do to get out of bed that month...for those of you that are going thru things daily...I wish you the best of luck.
