Did you see the link somebody posted for the deep dish pizza. The crust is made of ground cooked chicken and motzarilla cheese . I think the link was on the lightweight forum. I have made this twice now . It is so good and easy my whole family loved it.
I'll go check it out.  I'm trying to encorporate more veggies into my meals.  my son loved the cauliflower crust which was great!

Totally off topic, but your surgeon is one of my favorites.  I've worked with him for years.  He left us to go work in Amarillo, and I'm so glad he came back to us again.  I'm sorry he left y'all but so happy to have him back!

He's one of the kindest, nicest surgeons I've worked with.  He has a GREAT bedside manner and excellent surgical skills.  He's one of those I never minded pulling an allnighter in the OR with because he has such a good sense of humor and is easy to get along with!

Weather is awful here, wet heavy snow on top of ice so I'm housebound but was planning on staying home today anyway. Who can afford gas to run around anyway.  Paid $4 per gallon yesterday.

Working on jewelry for our local Yacht club.  The season is coming (I hope).

So far today:
Strawberries whizzed with a little club soda
Strata warming up right now
Oven roasted chicken breast w/ garlic and EVOO
Choc chip treat
some kind of protein snack

Have a friend in lower Ohio and will call her today to make sure they survived the craziness there.

I suck at weekends so here goes - the anti poster child RNY eating...

Woke up and ate a protein bar on the way to super sweaty I love it power core yoga.

1 1/2 scoops of protein powder in 4 oz of water post yoga.

Bottle of water during my yoga workshop immediately following power yoga (Yoga Nidra meditation workshop - OMG so relaxing).

Starbucks skinny decaf cinnamon dolce latte immediately after my 3 hours at the yoga studio, while I was shopping for clothes at the thrift store.  They were having a winter clearance sale, and since everything below 80 FEELS like winter to me now I stocked up on jeans and sweaters.

3 Russell Stover sugar free toffee squares while shopping for items to donate to the local animal shelter.

1/2 of a slice of meatloaf leftover from dinner at Black Eyed Pea last night.

It's about 4pm now and I really need to work on getting some water down.  Lots of water.

Horrible weather here too... rain rain thunder lightning, rain

I got up early and went to a huge event my church was hosting. A lot of it was rained out or moved inside. Had guest speakers - Hank Hough from Kingdom Dog Ministries (powerful) and Clay Dyer a professional bass fisherman... I won't say anything about him other than to say look him up if you have the nerve to be moved.

Now, the only craving I have is for a new Lab puppy lol. Wonder what my 4yr old Lab would think of it?

B - Click w/ skim milk, SF caramel syrup, lite whipped topping
L - Just ate "lunch" at 330pm. 1/2 WW Flatout, herb and garlic tuna, cherry tomatoes, cheese; steamed veggies; 5 boiled shrimp

D -probably boiled shrimp and veggies

S - looking at some greek yogurt, PB2, and Fiber one - or some gy, SF preserves and strawberries

Oh, and curse you for posting that caramel mini cake thingy the other day.  My grocery store didn't have them.  I found some Quaker caramel flavored mini cakes but they were 13 piece for 110 calories and 9 grams of sugar.  Not acceptable.  :(  Couldn't find any with the stats you found... will probably have to check other stores for a store brand.

These were mini too... about the size of an oreo cookie.

I need to fix my post actually. The ones I got are 60 cal for 15g (not 15 cakes) which is 8 cakes at 60 calories, which is probably about the same as the ones you found. The 8 cakes have 4g sugar which also sounds about the same.

But even with the change of stats, four of them only amounts to about 100 calories. So it's still all good in my book.

Hope that helps.

P.S. 9g of sugar per serving actually is not bad at all. You just have to be careful what you pair that up with. That's one reason I suggested sf whippage...for folks sensitive to sugar.
