 Morning All!

Today, I am going to my therapy session, doing 30 minutes on the elliptical, and then working my second day as a cook :). Busy day, but it should be fun!

Food plans:
Coffee (right now)
B- Pineapple
L- Chili with cheese and jalapenos
S- Apple
D- Protein Bar
S- Nectar Protein

this mornings workout wiped me out....WTF?!
B: Protein caramel "latte"
S: 1/2 quest bar
L: Hub is taking me to buffalo wild wings - so some sorta naked wing
S: leftovers from BWW.....didn't bring anything else to work
D: I made homemade mac & cheese last night and instead of pasta I used "riced" cauliflower so I will have that again - YUMMO!!!!
S: "latte" again

Hub and I have dance class tonight and right now I don't know if I will make it....I am just plain old tired.

Breakfast - greek yogurt w/ splenda and SF jam
Snack - part skim string cheese
Lunch - Beef/veggie soup
Dinner - Leftover cheeseburger casserole with roasted carrots/brussels

...might have a SF pudding cup for dessert.

 Today..finally friday on a very long week, but I didn't throw up once this week, we'll call that a success!

Today's plan so far..

B:  Cottage cheese with a dash of bran buds and Sugar free Raspberry jam
L:  Chili - get it from this great place down the road, almost all meat, a small give me three lunches, all for 5 bucks so not to bad at all :) 

S- TBD - Invited out for supper tonight, by people that don't know about the weight loss surgery so I may skip snack but if I don't it will be 
2 laughing cow wedges (canadian only has 70 calories) and 4 pita crisps

Supper:  Probably decidance that I shouldn't have...so will have to take salad to fill my plate an a little meat.  My friend is italian and makes some wonderful fattening dishes!

Snack...probably these new protein crisps I found..maybe

I am off work today and I am thrilled! Love my job... sure love a break too!
I have counseling at 11 and an appointment with the dog trainer at 3 (she is coming to help me with my dog's slight dog aggression - only he never acts up when she is here!!). Otherwise I will be working in the garden and planting a couple of tomatoes (it was 82* yesterday, supposed to be about that today!!!)


B - 1 slice P28 bread cut in half, egg fried in Pam, sliced ham, cheese (egg, ham and cheese sandwich)
I was reminded of my pouch at breakfast and was Thanksgiving full after half. Excited for that to happen since I generally seem to have a pouch the size of a soccer ball!

S - Click something??? YAY!

L - probably steamed tilapia and veggies, my norm

D - no idea

Yeah...plus that P28 will fill you up too. I can't stand it but I must admit the stats are good.

 B- 2 scoops of About time in my coffee

 L- Shrimp just plain or in a wrap cant decide...not in the mood to eat

 D- no idea some seafood I am sure...gotta love Lent


 S- not sure here either.

 

Our local WLS group is meeting up for a night at the casino...some are gonna gamble or go bowling after dinner...should be fun...and with how rotten and down I feel today my ass is getting sexy and I am gonna strut my ****!

I am meatless on Fridays as well...

1. Mango protein shake
2. black beans
3. pure protien bar (Smores, my fav)
4. I don't know what's for dinner yet...............
