What are you eating/doing today? Friday

Meatless Friday #2 for me. :)

Today is work then home. Will probably go to the gym. Yesterday evening I had a great time jamming out to Pandora on my computer. I hooked up the good speakers and shook my boo-TAY. I forgot how wonderful it is to get lost in good music.

So today's eats:

1. PB Greek yogurt w/ FIber One
2. The other half of my eggplant, spinach, tomato and feta personal pizza from Uno's
3. A Click Frapp
4. I'm making this Quinoa and roasted veggie stuff I make. It's actually meant to be served cold but I like it warm too so that's how I'll eat it
5. Probably some more Greek yogurt w/ sf apricot preserves

So that's about 115g of protein for my 2nd Meatless Friday. I'm not doing too bad!

TGIF! I am looking forward to some time off this weekend.
I love listening to music but don't dance much anymore - I would probably knock myself out with all of the extra skin on my legs, ha ha ha.
Food for today -
B - Rye toast w/slice of ham and tomato slice
S - Banana
L - Salad or baked chicken wrap w/lettuce and tomato
D - Not sure but slice of white veggie pizza
S - Greek yogurt
Okay, I am going to admit it...I had a pretzel. I caved to the pressure since they were calling my name "Beth....Beth...eat me...." I feel so cheap - lol.
Have a great day everybody.

I had some pretzels yesterday. I mean honestly, yes they are "the carbs" but they aren't the worst carbs you can eat, frankly.

I enjoy pretzels as a snack from time to time. If I end up being curvy for the rest of my life as a result, I guess that's my punishment!

Oh...but mine...were HONEY MUSTARD pretzels...mmmmm....

(them damn things are addictive too. had to trash the rest of the bag lest I binge out on them)

Hugs. :)

This week I completed 2/3s of my goal weight and reached my 6 month mark. I've decided that I need to focus on losing weight faster so I've gone back to measuring my portions and using what self-discipline that I have. Actually mealtimes aren't a problem but snacks and tasting while I prepare meals are too easy to do. I have to remind myself that EVERYTHING that goes in my mouth counts.

B-oatmeal w/blueberries
L-tuna salad w/egg/ lite mayo
D-baked chicken  w/ lemon, herbs  broccoli
Dessert- SF No fat Chocolate pudding.

It's FRIDAY!!!!  Whooo HOOOOOOOO!  I dropped my computer a few weeks ago and it's hanging on my a wire...literally.  The hinge for the screen broke and I've had to get creative with how I prop it up to use it.  I would LOVE to purchase a MAC...but good lord the sticker price has me on edge.  So this weekend is devoted to computer shopping.

As for today's eats

B: Protein coffee
L: Mediterranean Herb chicken breast with steamed veggies
S: trail mix (cranberries, cashews, and almonds) and a small gala apple for workout fuel
D: It's up in the air.  Maybe a low carb tortilla pizza?
