daily vitamin check in
I just realized I forgot to take my dinnertime vitamins! Oops. So I am taking my magnesium oxide and second multi right now.
I still need to get another dose of calcium in plus my iron and C. I guess I'll do the iron and C right now, too. I should be up late enough to get that last dose of calcium in.
How about you?

My thoughts are that if your labs show you are low on either of those, you should take some. I take zinc because my labs showed I was on the low side. If your labs show your levels are OK, I see no point in taking them and in fact, you could possibly take too much.
