I eat really boring compared to most of you. Then again, I'm only 3 months out, so maybe I just haven't figured it out yet. I had, for breakfast lunch and dinner, 2 oz of stewed beef, 1/2 an ounce of cheese and a piece of avocado. That's it. Every day, same thing. Im a creature of habit.

Well, tomorrow is the day we celebrate the birth of one of my household's favorite authors...Dr. Seuss!  Since it will be a meatless Friday for my husband and kids we celebrated tonight by having green eggs and ham for dinner.  The kids put their eggs and ham in a tortilla w/ salsa and cheese.  I scrambled my eggs w/ the ham in them and tossed in some cheese.  Topped w/ salsa and a ton of Frank's Red Hot.  Delish!

Breakfast was a turkey sausage patty, egg and pepper jack on a slice of whole wheat.

Lunch was two cheese sticks wrapped in turkey w/ some mustard and some amazing chicken noodle soup.

Between meals I also ate a slice of banana bread, an apple, and a piece of a brownie.

I whipped up some italian meatballs... baked them for a bit them put them into some home-made marinara to simmer.  Had a couple with a sprinkle of parmesan... yum.

I suspect they were KILLER over-seasoned, though... I'm so sick that I can't taste a thing, and yet, some of the garlic actually came through.  Am betting any vampires in a 20 miles radius can smell my house, lol...
