There's a few TVP ideas on the blog. I use it most in tuna, crabcakes, etc. and also with my oatmeal (Tip there: boil the TVP with the oats in a bit more water than you'd use for just the oats. Your TVP will soften to the consistency of the oatmeal!)

yeah I keep meaning to do a search, but my work computer blocks the search for some reason and I keep forgetting when I am visiting my parents to use their computer! I'll get there though (besides, all they ever want me to make is the mexican lasagna or chicken pot pie. They like the zesty chicken skillet too)
