I am in need of protein badly today, too many carbs so far:

B:  1 Cup steel cut oatmeal with pecans and strawberries
L:   1/2 can Progresso Light Vegetable and Rice and 1 LF Mozzarella Cheese Stick
S:  WW Cherry Cheesecake Yogurt

Will probably have left over chicken marsala minus the pasta and a protein drink for this evenings snack.

I izz goin' to hell wit ya cuz I can't make it to service. But I can catch it online.

I'm experimenting today. I have 1/2 hour weight session with the trainer and an hour spin class right after work.

B: Trader Joe's Organic Vanilla yogurt, 2 scoops MetRX 100% whey protein powder, silk light milk

L: Chobani and Kashi

S: Trader Joe's Organic Vanilla yogurt, 2 scoops MetRX 100% whey protein powder, silk light milk

D: Not sure. Maybe a snack later. This yogurt shake experiment tastes gross, but holds me for HOURS.

I have to make some caffiene changes, I think I need to broadcast that becuase chances are high I"ll be cranky as all hell for about a week.

I also have had 5 bottles of water...or 15 cups. I'll end up drinking another bottle and a half at the gym. I float!

I have been feeling extreme exhaustion the past 2 days. I hope it resolves soon.

Bottle of water on the way to work.

Decaf coffee with Splenda and 4.5 tsp ff non dairy creamer (ost count again today - I'm supposed to be weaned down to 4 tsp already!).

B - Fage with strawberries, splenda topped with Special K protein cereal and ground flax.

Hot green tea with Splenda.

Two 24 oz cups of water.

L - 3 oz rotisserie chicken breast,a tomato, some cucumber slices and 2 tbsp hummus.

Another 24 oz cup of water.

Hot white tea with Splenda.

9 sticks of sugar free gum.

I'm headed to a new yoga class in a few minutes at the gym aross from work,  I found out my fave Saturday morning intructor has a class there on Wednsday nights.  He kicks my @ss and I LOVE IT.  It's only a $5 drop in rate too so bonus.  Hopefully it is awesome.

BF was Protein coffee
20 oz Propel water

Lunch was tuna salad with celery & carrot sticks

S- Pepperoni chips & cheese chips

Dinner- pork chop & green beans

S- 2 SF Popsicles

I've been doing great with getting my water in, but not so much today! gotta get on the ball with that.

Forgot- I also had a protein bar & peanuts today, no wonder I'm so full!
