Anyhoo...today is rainy and dreary. Not a bad day but not the most exciting day ever either. Work then home. No church tonight for the most horrible reason (I izz going to hell for sure). I rented three DVD's from Red Box three days ago and have yet to watch any of them. I NEED to take them bad boys back. And since we'll go to church Sunday, we're skipping tonight in favor of movie night. There...I said it...I'm a heathen!!!!

Moving on...

Here are my eats today as I know them:

1. PB Greek yogurt
2. Click Frapp

That's what I've had so far. I am not sure what's for dinner. It's just me and La Petite Diva most of the evening as La Grade Diva is in a program to learn crime scene investigation so that she can plot future murders...er, have an enriching educational experience.

Whatever I have it will be savory. Too much sweet in my day toda and I don't like that. Must. Have. BALANCE!!!

My day consists of work, doctors appointment, make dinner, workout, shower, American Idol, bed. 

Eats:

B - protein hot chocolate
S - grapes
L - chicken salad on a sandwich thin
S - Quest brownie bar & cottage cheese
D - tilapia with spinach stuffing & green beans
S - ??  who knows, but it's always something sweet!

The wind is waging war against my house. A tornado touched down last night and demolished my husband's hometown. Yikes.

Anyway, I had cottage cheese and pineapple for breakfast. Gotta get some more fluids in. Been busy and distracted.

Lunch will likely be tuna salad with a little crumbled feta, and a couple spoonfuls of hummus.

Dinner will be roasted sirloin tips in gravy with mashed potatoes. Veggies for the kids.

have the sweet baby girl(grandbaby) today, have walked, walked & walked some more! it is  60* herer but the wind is wild , making spaghetti sauce, they get  pasta , i get the wonderful sauce, have a great day all!:)

 Nik I feel your pain ... relax and enjoy your movies. God will be there after too. I have a kid sick and am off to Doctor with her soon. Fiancee had her pre-op scope today so was already at the hospital. 

 Food 
 
 We went out for a later breakfast Bob Evans 

  B: 1.5 eggs and about an oz of pot roast
  L:  3 oz of pot roast in food processor
  D: shredded chicken breast and cheese
  S: coffee,8oz 1%milk

 Being that today is my first day on real food.. I had tunafish and string cheese for breakfast.  For lunch I am eating a turkey and cheese roll up, and for dinner it is salmon. :) 
Life is a canvas.. and I am trying to make a masterpiece.

Weight loss since I moved to Utah.

I worked until this morning, but thankfully made it home before the weather got cold, rainy/snowy and nasty.

Here's what I've had so far.

1. Quest bar
2. Chobani pinapple yogurt
3. Oatmeal with raisins/craisins and ~1/4 scoop protein pwd mixed in
4.  Turkey/cheese/guacamole on an everything bagel thin
5. Chips and mango salsa

Planned for tonight: Some sort of Healthy Choice meal

Soup... hot tea... more soup and tea... diet cranberry juice.... yogurt... protein latte.... hot tea...

I'm hungry today..... so far:

b - powercrunch bar
l - tofu, cottage cheese & an orange
s - another powercrunch bar
d - trying "tofurkey sausage" for the first time with sauce, a very small portion of spaghetti (cause I can't eat more than 2 bites) and probably a piece of garlic bread

Going to use snow as an excuse to skip cub scouts - I guess I won't be up for mother of year.
