What's for dinner? Tuesday!

having much better meal days

B- before workout - protein shake, 1/2 banana, 2 strawberries, skim milk
L- steamed tilapia, steamed cabbage, steamed broc /cauli / carrots
D -a weird mashup of leftovers (salmon, albacore) in 1/2 a WW w/ flax flatout, with grape tomatoes and cheese. I may regret this lol. Also some more steamed broc / carrots

S - turkey pepperoni, laughing cow cheese
Greek yogurt, sliced strawberries, Fiber One twigs

edit- I have had 32oz water just at work today, with over half a shift to go!!!

 Cheesy turkey meatballs with marinara sauce.  Yummy!

ok... total change on dinner
My former team at work gave me a "going away party" today, so I had
- about 1/4c Chik fil a chicken salad, 2Tbs 7layer bean dip and 1Tbs fruit salad.
