I feel great after eating them.  My nut told me that foods with more protein than carbs are good choices.

I will eat them instead of A MEAL, occasionally, when I am on the go and a real meal is not possible.  Running to the gym in the morning, heading out to grocery shop saturday afternoon.. stuff like that.  It's not realistic FOR ME to try to eat them 3 meals a day with snacks.

Hey Mike, I guess you like those pure protein bars, I just found another called supreme protein bars. I bought at Target ( Peanut Butter & Jelly ) awesome tasting also.

I eat a Rock'N Roll Peanut bar every day for breakfast.. 290 cals 21 grams of protein.  I also like Supreme Protein bars which are around 200 cals and 15 grams of protein.  Both are very low in carbs.  I eat the Supreme bars as a snack now and then when I don't feel like figuring out what to eat.

 Good Luck!

Your  surgeon and NUT will go ape **** if you own up to doing this.  They are SUPPLEMENTS.  You need to develop a healthy fear and relationship with food and now is the time to start doing that.  Learning what you can eat and what you have trouble with. What are safe foods and what are trigger foods.  Use your time to develop life habits.
