Who couldn't use a mental "pick me up" every now and again?

During the month of February, I ran a contest on Bariatric Foodie called “The Bariatric Foodie Pledge" where folks had an opportunity to win prizes for making and keeping goals!

This week is the grand prize competition, open to those who pledged each of the four weeks of the contest. As a part of the contest, I asked each to reflect on their experience of the past month and share those reflections with the WLS community.
