NEED HELP ON VITAMIN D AND CALCIUM ..I TAKE A POWDER COMBINATION RIGHT NOW IS THERE SOMETHING ELSE I CAN TAKE ...DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS

Depends on what you want, GNC has D-3 tablets, liquid calcium, plain calcium tablets, and calcium-magnesium tablets with D. I prefer the latter since my D runs low. Plus, magnesium helps with calcium absorption.

Sure, both come in tablet form. Just be sure your D3 is dry (not in oil) and you buy calcium citrate not carbonate.

Sure there is you. You can take chewable calcium citrate or you can take tablets that you swallow. As long as it's calcium citrate, it's good.
