The first thing I thought about was MD Anderson in Texas. You have Duke and UNC nearby but you have to go to Texas.
It was only recently that a patient of theirs wrote about treatment she had there. Things other doctors are just now cathing on to, they were doing 20 years ago. You owe it to yourself to see what kind of a portocol they can enroll you in.
