Wow, that's horrible. There are some really good people doing evals and some really bad people doing them. Some are very in-depth true evaluations and others are like yours... Just someone making a lot of money and submitting something to "check the box" on the insurance requirements.

She definitely should have told you the fees and that she did not accept insurance or credit cards ahead of time!
