So...what's for dinner?
Sounds great...I made the same thing yesterday but added a can of beef consomme and some roasted garlic cloves.
Breakfast:
Cinnamon Bun Quest Protein Bar
Snack:
handful of pistachios
Lunch:
Maple Glazed Salmon
Roasted eggplant, peppers, onions and mushrooms
Snack
Click vanilla latte protein shake
Dinner
1 cup of red beans and rice with sausage and peppers

Been feeling gross all day (think I picked something up from my fevered niece while visiting Chicago this past weekend!), so it was too much work to make anything.
I sent the hubs to the store for a rotisserie chicken. Maybe I didn't eat a very balanced meal but at least I had some quality protein.

I was looking at Bariatric Foodie for a tuna idea...was going to do the eggs with tuna rather than chicken. Then I just decided on the egg whites of two eggs. I was/still am stuffed. Breakfast was a banana, had a healthy choice dinner for lunch, chicken margherita. Was pretty good. Later had an Atkins bar, then the eggs. Was a good day As for exercise I went to a zumba class, did 2 miles on the stationary bike and some circuit training.
