Atleast 2 hrs between them.

Philippians 4;6-7

Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.

Only if there is iron in your multi that you need to absorb.  Otherwise, there is no reason not to take your multi and calcium at the same time.

If your multi has no iron in it I thought you could take them together? One multi and one calcium.

I was told the same thing too.  My multi doesn't have iron.  But I'm going to check on the calcium though if we can only take 500 mg at one time.  I don't want to take extra calcium and it going to waste if it's not absorbed.  Thanks for this topic.

Your multi probably has calcium carbonate, which doesn't count anyway.

Yes, you can.  One multi and 500 mg calcium, which may be two calcium pills, depending on what brand you're using.

are you seeing an endocrinologist?  Why on earth would they have you taking synthroid 2 or 3 times a day? That is crazy - it is only meant to be taken once per day, either first thing in the morning or at bedtime but not both.  If you need a higher dosage which many of us do post op, maybe becasue we dont absorb it as well but many take less.  You can also take a second thyroid medication to help the synthroid work better which is what my Endocrinologist does called Cytomel - synthroid is T4 and cytomel is T3.

The most calcium you can absorb at one time is 650mg, many say 500mg but you absorb up to 650mg - I used to take the citrical maximums which were 630 mg for 2 tablets and absorbed them just find, many on here take them

As far as the timing - most people need 4 hours between synthroid and calcium and iron but since we have a shortened digestive system and things go through faster, my endo said we only have to wait 2 hours, you can wait 4 but only have to wait 2.

I would really question your doctor about taking synthroid 2 or 3 times per day - first off, that isnt' the right way to do it and you are going to get way too much synthroid that way.    If your levels are off, they need to increase by tiny amounts, any increase of more than like .12mcg can have serious complications. I just went from 88mcg to 100mcg and I have to go back in 6 weeks to make sure it is working properly and that it also didn't work too well.  Thyroid levels need to be carefully monitored and if taking the slightest amount off, either too high or too low, can be very serious.

Please check into this and get a second opiniion, this isnt' right.
