Meijer vitamins on sale, buy one get one free
I just got home from grocery shopping at Meijer (which, by the way, is always a madhouse on Saturday, took me forever to get out of there) and discovered all their store brand vitamins are on sale, buy one get one free. I stocked up on multis and calcium citrate.

The calcium citrate I gef from Meijer, I swallow. You can't find chewable calcium citrate in most stores. I do like the Bariatric Advantage caramel chews, though, and the Calcet creamy bites. I just don't use them all the time because they are so expensive. I also use Upcal D in protein shakes and other drinks for calcium.
