Good Morning 

Nice, quiet relaxing and windy morning.  Slept in, which is unusual for me. 

Good luck getting your house together.  Believe me after just moving on three weeks notice across the country, I completly understand.

Breakfast:

sugar free latte....homemade

No idea for lunch and dinner yet.  We might go out for a late lunch or I will make an omelet later.  I have large pork chops and a roast to put in the crockpot for meals next week.  I love the clearance meat section at the commissary.  I picked up a huge roast for $5 and two packages of the large stuffing size pork chops for about $2 each.  They freeze everything that is going to expire and discount it.

 Saturdays are 'unscheduled days' though i'm working on that.  Between housecleaning and deciding to go out in the winter storm warning (Likely won't..brr)  I'm eating light today 

B:  Cottage cheese with 1 tbsp of bran buds and SF Raspberry jam
Lunch - Blended turkey with a bit of mayo, ranch and parmesaon (sp) in a lettuce wrap
Supper/Snack - Finish the blended turkey that I took too much of
Evening Snack - Protein Shake, have to use up my milk and then I might try to make the roasted chickpeas today cause i'm getting my new oven :)

Been kind of a lazy day for me.  Sat in the recliner watching news this morning, then started cleaning my bedroom. May take the dog for a little hike this afternoon, or go see a movie.

B:  1 cup of Kashi Lean cereal with 1/2 small banana and 2 small strawberries; 1/2c fat-free milk
L:  Nikki's taco casserole topped with some Greek yogurt
D: maybe a serving of Mandarin Chicken from Panda Express (yum)
S: I have no idea... maybe PB2, chocolate protein and 1/2 a banana.

Lil one is still sick and decided she needed to get us up at 5am. I've had a day. Did run a few errands.

Breakfast was banana mini protein muffins (2)
A sf hazelnut latte
Cheese stuffed pepper from my finds at the olive bar
Dinner is lobster, lobster stuffed salmon, and asparagus tips.....a surprise from my amazing husband AND he's grilling it!!!

I think the shorter answer would be what HAVEN'T I eaten today

B - egg "fried" in PAM, deli ham, slice of cojack cheese, 2 pancake bites
L - 1/2 flatout with spicy tuna, grape tomatoes, sliver of pickle, a 1/2 piece of cheese; 1/4c steamed cabbage; 1/2 BBQ pork rib
S - greek yogurt "cheesecake"
D - steamed tilapia, slice of monterey jack cheese, 1/4c steamed cabbage, 1/4 steamed broccoli/carrots, 1/2 BBQ rib
S - P28 bread toasted, w/ peanut butter and SF preserves

Swam laps and then water aerobics, shopping, Starbucks, movie (The Artist - loved it), then out to eat at the new restaurant my son is working at. Hubby and I split a turkey avacado on ciabatta bread sandwich and a bowl of sweet potato pumpkin soup. I didn't eat the bread, and we brought about half off the food home.

For breakfast I had half a scrambled egg, half slice of high protein bread, protein bar after swim, light baby bell cheese and greek yogurt and nf latte for lunch.
