What are you eating/doing today? Saturday!

Good morning, loves!

Today I am continuing to get my house together. I am also continuing to attack the GINORMOUS monster that is the grand prize pledge list for the Bariatric Foodie Pledge. This has been a job!

Anyhoo...eats today:

1. Mozzarella stick straight out of bed
2. A cup of Greek yogurt with splendaa and sf apricot preserves
3. MEAT!!!! Boy I missed meat yesterday. Not sure what...but meat
4. Not sure but there will be a snack
5. I am making lazy pulled pork bbq. Will have a bit of that with some of my lower carb cornbread and green beans.

Good morning!

For me it's housework in the morning. Lots of clutter piled up while I was in the hospital and laid up afterwards. Now that I'm feeling good it's time to attack the mess. Then going to an afternoon concert at the university where I work and attending a banquet with the choir director and university administrators.

What I'm eating today:

1. Scrambled egg with cheddar cheese and 1/2 a slice of finely-chopped bacon.
2. Protein shake mid-morning
3. Ham and 13-bean soup
4. Protein shake mid-afternoon
5. Banquet - This will be my first post-op event like this, so I'm not sure what to expect. Going to text my secretary later to see if she knows what the menu is.
6. Healthy evening snack, probably yogurt.

Good morning!!!, I am spending the day with my daughter, we are going to Long Grove to visit all of the little shops, I have no idea what i will be eating today, but am looking forward to the day :) have a great day all

I have to get some work done today because I got hardly any done yesterday.  I also have to go grocery shopping today because I didn't go yesterday because the weather was nasty.  

I ate a banana muffin when I got up this morning at the ridiculously early hour of 6 am.  I had to make muffins yesterday because my bananas were starting to go bad, you know.

Now I am drinking a protein shake.  I dunno what else I'm eating today.  Probably some yogurt and maybe some roasted chickpeas.

Good Morning Nik!  I don't envy you one bit on getting your house together.  So stressful.

Haven't planned food out for today.  I'm drinking coffee right now!  Will definitely be cooking burgers today for the boys so a hamburger patty will be on the food agenda.

So far, I have had one ounce of Strawberry Shortcake Yoplait Lite Yogurt, and one ounce of a banana cream muscle milk, later I plan on having some broccoli and cheese soup YUM! :)
Life is a canvas.. and I am trying to make a masterpiece.

Weight loss since I moved to Utah.

Breakfast was 1 egg and 2 small sausage patties.
Snack- protein coffee
Lunch will be salad with ham & cheese.
Not sure about dinner- not very hungry the last few days so trying to get in lots of protein.

I apparently tore or pulled my left hip flexor Tuesday and am recovering from that, so trying to rest it and having to take prednisone. Worried about what effects that will have! I have been eating low carb high protein for the last several days after going overboard with bad carbs since the holidays. Doing really well with it so far and hoping it helps me get back on track.

 Just 2 of us home today so we slept in. 
 And remember still on mushies
 Plan to watch a movie with my sweety on the home theater

 B: late made a 1/3 pound burger processed it up with mozzarella and cheddar ate almost 3 oz total

 L: other half of my breakfast

 D: something simple maybe can of soup

 S: coffee and milk 

 Ate too fast last night I won't do that again soon I felt not so good.

Got a late start this morning. I only get one sleep-in day per week, so I took advantage of my first drain-free morning (pardon my freak-out last night, btw. I blame hormones) and lounged around in bed.

Brunch today is a a couple cups of orange tomato soup blended with chicken protein. (eaten throughout the afternoon, of course)

I'll have a chocolate shake later this afternoon...or maybe for dessert, and then dinner will probably be pureed tuna salad.

Not doing much of anything today. I should be working, but don't have the desire to stand around and make truffles. I put a notice up on my shop that I was going to be closed until March 1, but nobody noticed and put in orders anyway, so I've got a dozen orders all backed up.

 i just got out of bed about half an hour ago (i was out til 4am. i'm rapidly getting too old for that lol). just finished some creamy tomato soup with cheddar cheese. probably heading to the library and gym in a little bit, so depending how long that takes i'll either grab something out for dinner or come home and make some steak for dinner cause i pulled it out of the freezer the other day and never made it. then maybe a shake tonight
