WHAT THE EFF IS FOR DINNER???
Dang, seems like there's like four arguments going on on this board and I started all of 'em! Y'all really ought to run me out of here one of these days.
Anyhoo...I am going to finally try the famous cauliflower crust pizza for dinner. Swing a chicken for a sistah...wait...today is Meatless Friday! Swing an eggplant!
Here's the rest of my eats:
1. Cheese stick
2. Click Frapp
3. TVP Tuna
4. Vanilla Latte Click
So what's on YOUR plate today?

Having more of my ground beef/refried bean stuff. It's so good, tastes like a naked taco. And I'm gonna treat myself to a SF pudding cup for dessert later.

A woman is like a tea bag - you can't tell how strong she is until you put her in hot water. Eleanor Roosevelt
I found these gluten free frozen pizza crusts (Better Bread, betterbreadcompany.com/pizzacrust.htm) in my local grocer's Natural food section. When I read the nutrition information I was like, huh? How can that be? I'm discombobulated by the nutritional information, but take it for its face value.
So I make a homemade pizza using this gluten free crust (Oh BTW it has 10 calories per 1/3 of pie). I use low sodium pizza sauce, sauteed mushrooms and onions, 2 oz low fat turkey pepperoni quartered, and 3 oz of cheese, combo of fresh mozzarella (torn into little pieces) and shredded Italian blend. Bake that baby for 10 minutes, and simply devine!
Granted the gluten free thin crust is nothing like a deep dish, cheese filled Domino's crust, but then why would I want that in the first place? What I get is a firm, somewhat tasty delivery system for my pizza makens. One pizza lasts me three meals and sided with a salad is over the tope in goodness and fills the pizza need nicely.
Anyway, that's what I'm having for dinner.
