Body By Vi Question
This is not an advertisement. I'm not interested in selling product for anyone else. I am interested, however, in anything that'll be tasty, not full of crap and help me reach my nutrional requirements.
That said, has anyone here tried any of the products offered through the Body By Vi 90 Day Challenge? Again, I'm not looking to sell product. Need to make that clear because they have the whole Amway feel. That aside, I was talking to someone who invited me to a tasting thingy Tuesday night who said that the products were GBP friendly. Thought I'd see if anyone here has tried them.
Thanks.

Based soley on the nutritional value, there are far superior items you can buy at the health food store if you want to use protein drinks.
It is yet another fad diet, pyramid scheme.
I know SEVERAL people at my office selling it and using it "for weight loss".....and suffice it to say none of them has lost any noticable amount of weight.

I found some addtional information online this morning, and their list of ingredients just in their shakes and was really bothered. It's freaking HUGE, long, full of things I can't pronounce. My trainer gave me a great rule to follow: the longer the ingredients list, the less nutrional value it has. Some of the items I know mess with my pouch...which is one of the reasons I spent the majority of my fall trying different brands of protein shakes until I nailed something that doesn't make me nausiated. The ingredients list is small.
I found a marketing review as well. She made comment on their claims of all natural ingredients, when it's clear they don't use all natural ingredients, and the nutritional value they provide is based on powdered numbers...not when one adds milk.
Bummer. I know someone who's really excited about it and it's not what they think it is.
