What do you do with the tilapia and TVP? I have tilapia several times a week....

B- before workout protein/ 1/2 banana, 1 TBS PB2
S - after workout - 6 turkey pepperoni / 1 laughing cow light
L - steamed tilapia, steamed cabbage, steamed broc / carrots

D??? probably 1/2 mutligrain flatout w/ tuna and cheese

S - greek yogurt cheesecake, maybe?

Ug, bad eating day.

Woke up this morning and had to rush off to get the Kid to school, and the Baby Monster to my mother's. Then had to speed off to my surgeon's, where I waited for over an hour and a half to get my drain removed. Missed my psych appointment completely.

Luckily, I remembered to bring a protein shake with me, but finished it by 10am.

Got the drain removed, went to treat myself to an eyebrow wax and some overpriced shampoo. The entire time, I could feel my now-empty "drain-hole" leaking under my dressing. I'm at home now, and I can still feel a hot trickle run down my side every now and then, under the dressing. It's SO bizarre.

Anyway, so I'm hungry and need to eat in a bad way. So I'm gonna go find something to make up for, oh...4 hours without food. Some greek yogurt should fit the bill.

As for dinner, I have no idea. I made the kids scrambled eggs this morning, and the smell made me sick. I was gonna have an egg last night, but was too full. So I wonder if I'll be able to stomach them.

Crazy, crazy day. So glad the phone has stopped ringing and I ain't gotta answer anymore questions....

B: greek yogurt, stawberries, granola/turkey sausage
L: tuna salad/whole wheat toast/edemame
S: Quest Brownie
D: gluten free pepperoni/veggie pizza (homemade)/salad
S: string cheese

Exercise was a VO2max test (walk one mile as fast as you can, take pulse). I jammed a mile in at 4.0mph and for me that's brisk, brisk, brisk...almost race walking. I'm going lap swimming tonight...

 Hi All

Busy day today...just my boss and I at work, usually our office has five other people.  My husband was stuck in Virginia...traffic because of the rain.  He works at the same place I do in Maryland except he had an all day conference in Virginia so my boss took me home for the first time.  Really glad she volunteered since it took my husband three hours to get home and where I work is farther than that.  

Breakfast:
cinnamon bun Quest protein bar
1 pkg of cinnamon sugar fiber gourmet crackers...very very good...just 70 calories, 12 grams of fiber and 4 grams of sugar

Snack
sugar free caramel homemade latte

Lunch:
salad with poached salmon 

Snack
handful of pistachios

later
Click protein shake

Dinner
turkey smoked sausage with mustard, roasted green beans and a few bites of corn

Oh Nik...do you still need a blender?  I have a bullet you can have.  I used to make protein shakes for everyone at my old office but I can't in my new one.  No close refrigerator.  I live in Bowie and work at Ft. Meade.
