What's for dinner? Thursday!

1 ~ protein shake
2 ~ salad w/boiled egg & some broth from stew
3 ~ pretzels
4 ~ roasted hot wings, carrot & celery sticks
5 ~ protein shake

Trying to get some more water down

B - 1pkg instant grits w/ 1 egg and 4 small cubes of cheddar cheese.
L - chicken w/ 1/2 cup of refried beans stired in.
D - I AM SO ASHAMED - 5 chicken nuggets from Wendy's and a small fruit punch. 
S - If I can get over the guilt of dinner - I may have a SF chocolate pudding

I have discovered this week that my pouch is not sensitive to sugar.  THIS IS NOT GOOD!!!

I worked out with the PT this morning - supposed to be a group class but I was the only one who showed up. Of course she says "OH GOOD we can up the intensity some!" *faint*

I had 2 breakfasts
B1 - protein shake w/ 1/2 banana
B2 - 1/2 toasted whole grain english muffin w/ 1tsp sf preserves, egg "fried" in PAM.
L - nothing
S - Babybel cheese
D - turkey breast cutlet, asparagus, babybel
S - turkey pepperoni / laughing cow cheese

Really concentrating on water today, because last night when I got home from work at 1am I realized I'd had a whole 16oz all day. So I made myself drink a 32oz Powerade zero before bed.

Mini-me was sick today. High fever and listless so we spent most of the day in the chair or on the couch. I did manage to squeeze in an hour of Pilates.

Coffee
Strained yogurt with protein powder, strawberries, and blueberries
Pesto Jack cheese slice
Dinner was salmon patties and quinoa bites
Couple tbsp homemade ricotta with pb2 and splenda.....omg! Heavenly!

Working on more liquids. Need desperately to find something that doesn't hurt my pouch. So far the least painful is warmish iced tea. Any ideas are welcome!

B- carb masters strawberry pomegranate yogurt and 2 turkey sausage links
L- Apple Ecstacy protein shake- (Nectar has the best protein flavors!!!)...20 oz
D- Morningstar Veggie burger with a slice of fat free cheese, 1/4 cup of broccoli and a pickle spear
I also had 2 16.9 oz bottles of sugar free hawaiian punch and a 20 oz bottle of plain water so I almost reached my water goal...just a few ounces shy...FYI- just added up my liquids and I actually got more than the 64 ounces...
