I have to say it sounds kinda weird. LOL. I had my tubes tied 6 years ago. But every once in a while I have sharp shooting pains. It is usually a symptom of a cyst. I would say, "go with your gut". Call your ob/gyn and see what they say. I am sending up prayers.

I would go with a ruptured ovarian cyst also (I look at ovaries all day for work ). Again, if symptoms persist I would get an appointment though!

I had all my shizzz taken out the year before my RNY so honestly I don't have a clue.

That stuff can be anything and while it's probably nothing to worry about, call the dr. just to be safe.

Do you have pain like that often? When you're crampy and PMS'ing, is it ever severe--moreso than usual, I mean.

It could be a tiny uterine fibroid that detached and passed.

This is a fairly graphic pic of various sizes of uterine fibroids...maybe it can help? Sorry, it's kinda gross.

I used to have cysts in - on ovaries. In the past - during ovulation - sometimes I had symptoms like that.
There was a 3-4 years tiem that I always knew when I ovulated. Did bunch of tests and the cysts were the issues.
But IMO- better be safe than sorry... may be nothing... but I would call and try to see if they can see me earlier.

this is what has been going on with me for about 6 months now. it all started when i started sleeping with some jerk lol. they've ran a slew of tests on me and found a small bacterial infection but that has since cleared up and still happens. my spotting varies between dark and bright red, as do the clot-looking things. i've been good for about 2 weeks now *fingers crossed.* but if you do find out anything let me know, and i'll make them run more tests on me!
