Do you have pain like that often? When you're crampy and PMS'ing, is it ever severe--moreso than usual, I mean. It could be a tiny uterine fibroid that detached and passed.

I used to have cysts in - on ovaries. In the past - during ovulation - sometimes I had symptoms like that.
There was a 3-4 years tiem that I always knew when I ovulated. Did bunch of tests and the cysts were the issues.
But IMO- better be safe than sorry... may be nothing... but I would call and try to see if they can see me earlier.

this is what has been going on with me for about 6 months now. it all started when i started sleeping with some jerk lol. they've ran a slew of tests on me and found a small bacterial infection but that has since cleared up and still happens. my spotting varies between dark and bright red, as do the clot-looking things. i've been good for about 2 weeks now *fingers crossed.* but if you do find out anything let me know, and i'll make them run more tests on me!
