What are you eating/doing today? Wednesday!
Today I had my first real therapy session. It was GREAT! I mean, it was the first session, but I can really tell that this lady knows her stuff, and will really help me to accomplish my goals and work through my emotional issues. So, apart from that, I will go to work and feel very proud of myself for taking a step in the right direction. :)
Coffee
B- Eggs with salsa and low fat sour cream
L- 2 Meatballs with tomato sauce
S- Protein bar
D- Leftovers at work, so probably chicken
S- 100 cal popcorn and a diet coke
I did a cycling class for the first time in forever, and it was wonderful! I sweat more than I have in a long time.
Have a great day!
Steph

Breakfast was a few ounces of pureed tuna with light mayo and relish.
I had a cup of nonfat greek yogurt sometime after that. (took me over three hours to eat it all)
Mixed up a 2% milk chocolate protein shake in the afternoon and added a scoop of no-sugar-added Nesquick, which made it so rich and chocolatey for only 35 extra calories and an extra gram of protein.
After grocery shopping, I treated myself to a small, nonfat, decaf iced mocha with sugarfree syrup. I could only drink half, gave the rest to my son.
Dinner will be nonfat refried beans with a little tomato sauce and some grated cotija.
I'm feeling super hungry today, for the first time. Luckily, it doesn't take much to fill me up. :D
