 getting over what felt like death so today I am normal.

Breakfast:  2 eggs with cheese
Snack: Protein Shake
Lunch: Burger Patty with Bacon!

possibly another snack and dinner.

I went to the gym to finish up yesterday's PT workout (had to leave 2 rounds short to go to the doc appointment). I did 7min on the elliptical, 2 rounds of 4 strength stations 20 reps each and then went to the feedstore. I'm such a redneck - the Tractor Supply is my mall lol.

B - syntha6 shake w/ 1/2 banana
L - steamed tilapia w/ slice of monterey jack cheese, steamed veggies
D - grilled turkey breast cutlets, steamed veggies
S - greek yogurt and SF strawberry preserves, turkey pepperoni and cheese

I LOVE tractor supply! Everything a girl could want! They're putting one in just a couple miles from us......too much temptation!!!

The staff waves hello and calls me by name LOL  I love it! I was THRILLED when I was able to buy a Carhartt jacket there! WOOT!  (always way too big for the clothes in those kinds of stores!)

Not yet... I am still too chicken lol
  I wear my Carhartt constantly though, and I can not WAIT to find out if I can find some Carhartt coveralls for next winter... no more mud (? lol ) from the barnyard on my jeans and sweats!

Breakfast was coffee then strawberries and ricotta
Lunch I have no idea....pouch is feeling a bit icky
Dinner will be sweet n sour chicken over quinoa, at least for the daughter and hubs. I'll see how I feel.
Need to get more liquids in, badly!!! Everything sits ill in my pouch. Ugh.

2. out to lunch with hubby - fish, a tiny portion of rice and a couple carrots

3.  I'm not sure, ballet/gym night & my turn since I begged out of yesterday....

Been craving salty snacks big time lately -- must cut down!

L: 1 egg with a 98% FF Oscar Meyer weiner cut up & cooked together
D: Lean, small pieces of pork cooked in salsa made with chile morito (It's Mexican)
