What are you taking?

I take centrum adult twice a day, but was wondering if I could take something else. What kind do you take? Or what kind have you tried that are good for you and affordable?

Actually, what I want to take are gummy vitamins, cause I have always had a hard time swallowing regular vitamins, and I can't stand the chewables. Anyone try gummy ones, and if so, which kind?

There are no gummies that have what we need in them.  They are ALL missing MANY vitamins and minerals.

I take Centrum or else a generic equivalent, whichever I find cheaper.

Not to mention, the gummy vitamins have a lot of added sugar and usually about 30 calories each--if you took three a day, that'd be almost 100 extra calories, and you still wouldn't be getting anywhere near the nutrient value we need.

I use the Centrum chewables. If you don't like the flavor of chewables, you can always crush them into powder and mix them into....say, pudding or dissolve them in juice or something.

I take Centrum Kids...chewable...disgusting. I cannot believe they are kids vitamins. My 7 yr old tried one and I thought she was going to vomit. Not surprising, because sometimes I think I just might as well. Good luck in finding one you can take.

I take the Kirkland brand of Centrum Silver that I get from Costco.  They are about half the price and have all the vitamins and minerals that Centrum does.  They are your best bet if you don't want deficiency's.

Me too!  I just bought my calcium citrate there and it was 2 for the price of one so I don't think I'm going to have to buy any, any time soon.

Sounds like maybe I should just stick to my centrum then. I cut them so I could swallow them, but I still have a really hard time.
