Flying from SC to Denver.  Fitbit said I walked .6 miles dragging luggage, cpap, and purse from gate to gate in Charlotte.  Gonna get my 10000 steps in today. I am currently at 33000 feet somewhere over Kansas.  I love in flight internet.

Before airport:  Protein Vanilla Latte
Breakfast: peaches and string cheese.
Lunch:  Fruit and cheese assortment
Dinner:  Maybe Wendy's chili once we get to Denver. Have to see what I can get to.  If nothing else I brought a whole box of quest bars for the week, as well as Proti Oatmeal, and a big 2 pounder of J Robb vanilla.

Eats today - I'm so off my usual game. I've been doing some hard core training sessions lately at work trying to get all the nurses back through a class for some new stuff going in on 3/10.

Class this morning started at 7am, no biggie. However when I arrived at 0630 to go in, get set up and eat my breakast the building was STILL LOCKED. So I had to call security and wait for them to come let me in. I got in at 0650 and barely had time to get the computers started up and get up my presentation laptop. So... breakfast was decaf coffee and some water.

I had my breakfast for lunch - 4 oz Fage 0%, 2 oz sliced strawberries and Splenda topped with 0.5 oz Special K Protein cereal and 2 tbsp ground flax. Followed an hour later by some Twisted Cherry Nectar to make up for protein and calorie counts.

I have a protein bar for the ride home.

I just finished bottle #3 of water and am steeping a cup of white tea to warm up.

I'm TOTALLY sore from my 3 hours of yoga this weekend - an hour of @ss kicking power+core yoga Saturday morning, and then 2 hour of a Yoga for Weight Loss series Sunday afternoon. She broke out the stretchy bands. I spent quite some time being friendly with my foam roller and my roller bar on the living room floor last night.

And even better - tonight is another hour of Power+Core yoga (although the teacher is not as intense as Saturday's!) so I'll just get to pile on another layer of sore...

Not sure what dinner will be. I have chicken or pork chops in the fridge.

ETA: Oh, and I've had umpteen million sticks of gum today too.
