 Protein shake
Pinto beans with little cheese
and maybe another protein drink for dinner.

5 slices of "fried" zucchini with protein dip (thanks eggface)

 Today is our total sloth day since we have an extra day off.  We will probablty take our dogs for a long walk later but for now just curled up in bed watching tv and cruising the web.

 Breakfast was 2 scoops unflavored isopure in my coffee
 lunch had mexican chicken and black bean thing at a local restaruant.
 dinner is filet , veggies

 I like these posts it gives me good ideas on eating healthy BUT I wish some of you would include the approx amount of food your eating.....Im 18 days out and had 1/2 cup pork roast and about 1/4 cup of brown rice.....and did not feel full, but i stopped.   so i know everyone is different but just wondering about amounts at different stages for different people

Everyone IS different. At almost 2 years out I would be full on 1/2 cup pork roast and 1/4 cup brown rice. I don't eat rice though so it would most likely be cauliflower or brussel sprouts instead!

S: Beef Jerky/1 oz of leftover grilled chicken tender
L: salad with chicken and almonds
D: low carb chicken and re fried bean quesadillas (nut recipe that she gave us post ops)
S: possibly a pudding or almonds

  I'm jealous I can't have any kind of salad or nuts or jerky. I'm on mushies till mid-March
