daily vitamin check in
Got both multis, my D3, my mag oxide, my iron and C. but only one dose of calcium. Blah. I gotta get back on top of that calcium, I was doing well with it for a little while.

If you mean the ones with oily stuff inside, we don't absorb that well because we malabsorb fats. We need dry D3.
